We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s). No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for the next client. The full service fee still applies. If you are running late or need to make changes to your appointment, please call or text 925-839-0014 as soon as possible.
